Karting quickly out of the novice stage-XperKart

Go-karting may start a new life that brings relief and excitement. When weight affects performance, you lose weight; when you can't keep up, you learn. As lap times improve, all aspects of you will change.
Some of my friends struggle to increase their speed in the novice phase and have a complex mindset. Self-awareness is important, such as whether you can't remember the track, whether your performance is stagnant, whether your tires rattle often, whether your speed is unstable, and whether you feel fatigued from driving.
If all these problems exist, you are still in the novice stage. Failure to remember the track and poor directional anticipation can lead to car-saving behavior. Failure to break the speed of a single lap may be a problem of driving line or method. Rattling tires indicate excessive deceleration, unruly driving and inconsistent results. If even recreational vehicle practice is tiring, it may be a lack of fitness or improper driving style.
Understand the problem and make targeted changes. Look at the track map, memorize the corners, plan the line through the corner, and find a suitable reference to remember the entry and exit points.
Once you are ready to make changes, don't be in a hurry to change bad habits. Be calm when you get on the track, go slightly slower to step on the right line, then gradually accelerate and your performance will improve.
Don't be complacent when your performance improves. It is impossible to get the racing line exactly right, but feedback on the results of your practice is provided by the deviation of each lap's results. Smaller and smaller deviations show that you have the basic driving habits and alignment. Stabilization is more important than pursuing the fastest lap.
After stabilizing, you may face new bottlenecks, such as planning a good line but not fully utilizing the track width. You can ask your coach to help you to adjust the video to check the shortcomings, or record and analyze with a sports camera.
Brainless practicing is not recommended. You should practice effectively through the process of practicing, analyzing, correcting the practice and analyzing again. Physical ability and finances are limited.
